Affiliate Program

An Affiliate Program is a revenue sharing arrangement with a third party involved in the marketing of your store.

The concept behind an Affiliate Program is that the affiliate site promotes your store and/or products in return for (usually) either a percentage of sales revenue or a fixed sum per sale / per lead.

Affiliate programs are mutually beneficial in that they allow the affiliate to monetise their site whilst the merchant benefits for reaching a wider audience.
